PawnMate AU — deployment & downloads

Remote deployment

Install the shop server on your PC, then the counter app on a Windows PC or Android tablet. Both must be on the same shop Wi-Fi.

1. PC server (required)

Windows 10/11 — Hub + sync — stays on the shop LAN

  • Node.js 18+ (LTS from nodejs.org)
  • LAN: hub PC wired or Wi-Fi; static IP recommended
  • Ports: 3920 (hub), 3921 (sync) — allow on Windows Firewall for private networks
  1. Download and unzip PawnMate Server to e.g. C:\PawnMate
  2. Run pawnmate-hub\Setup PawnMate Hub.bat once
  3. Start Start PawnMate Hub.bat and Start PawnMate Sync.bat
  4. Complete Store setup on the hub PC (trading name, staff PIN)

2. Counter — Android tablet

Android 8+ — same Wi-Fi as hub PC

  • Hub address: e.g. 192.168.1.110:3920 on first launch
  • Enable Install unknown apps for your browser before installing the APK

  • Extract zip and run pawnmate_app.exe
  • Default hub URL 127.0.0.1:3920 when sharing one PC
