1. Agreement
By downloading or using any MiX apps application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apps and content
MiX apps provides cookbooks, guides, reference material, and utilities for personal use. Content is for informational purposes. Recipes involving alcohol, fermentation, or distillation are for adults where legally permitted — you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Health apps
Food Symptom Diary and similar tools are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
4. Free apps & optional donations
MiX apps and tools are 100% free to download and use — complete apps from first launch, with no ads, no trials, and no account required. We do not lock features behind paid tiers.
Optional donations via our website are voluntary and processed by Stripe. Donations are not required to use any MiX software. Half of donations are pledged to rural fire brigades on a rotating monthly basis. Donations are generally not tax-deductible unless otherwise stated.
Some older APK builds installed before our pricing change may still contain advertisements until you install a future update.
5. Intellectual property
App software, branding, and original content are owned by MiX apps unless otherwise stated. Third-party content (manuals, images, trademarks) remains property of respective owners — see each app's legal notices.
6. Disclaimer
Apps are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for outcomes from following recipes, technical procedures, or health logging. Use at your own risk.
